Where the West Still Lives...

Marine Corps League

A visit to the PVT JOE HARDT Marine Corps League Detachment 818 in Tonto Basin, AZ will impress you. Located on the Historic Site of the Punkin Center General Store (only the chimney remains), these fine soldiers have assembled a very impressive Museum and Art Gallery that will inspire you beyond measure.

The Marine Corp League of Tonto Basin Arizona coordinates a yearly Veteran's Day Parade to honor those who have served both from this community and beyond. They wear their pride in their faces. And, they'd be honored to share their history as well as their comrades with you.  In addition, on all major holidays, they hoist the American Flag throughout the Tonto Basin Community. Drive through on this day and you'll know we wear our American Pride here!

So leave a message when you think you'll be driving through. Spend an hour visiting the Museum and Art Gallery. Above all, Thank a Veteran!

Be sure to sign-in to the Guest Book and a Donation of any amount would be greatly appreciated.
